Michael Schumacher Sued While Still In Coma

Michael Schumacher sued while still in coma over Sevilla traffic accident

Schumacher, who has been in a medically induced coma since suffering the life-threatening head injuries, is accused of not giving way at a roundabout in Bormujos last November.
The Spanish man that he knocked off his bike  is now claiming compensation for his broken wrist as well as damage to his watch, clothes and motorbike.
The complaint names Schumacher, along with the company that hired him the rented Audi A4 he was driving and its insurers.
A trial will only take place if the insurance company contest the claim, but seven-time Formula 1 world champion Schumacher would not be required to attend.
The 45-year-old German has reportedly shown ‘small signs of progress’ in recent weeks, according to his manager Sabine Kehm.
“There are moments when he is awake and moments when he is conscious, which make us happy and give us great courage,” she said.
