Rick Ross Purchases Evander Holyfield's 109-Room Estate
It appears Rick Ross is taking a page from his rival 50
Cent’s book, and purchasing real estate from former boxing champions.
According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the Maybach
Music Group general is reportedly expecting to buy four-time heavyweight
champion Evander Holyfield’s former 235-acre estate located in Fayette County,
Georgia for an undisclosed amount.
The lavish compound, which features 109 rooms, an
olympic-size pool, and a 135-seat movie theater among other things, went onto
the auction block in November with an asking price of $7.89 million.
“I rode by that property for years and I used to just look
at it,” Ross recalled during an exclusive interview with Revolt TV. “If you’re
a person like me that’s inspired by certain things, I felt like me acquiring
that property is me speaking to some kids and giving that same passion. And
them looking in my eyes, and me telling them ‘Yo, this is real.’
