Kanye West Won't Be Charged

Kanye West won't be charged following an investigation into
assault of the man who racially abused Kim Kardashian. The Los Angeles District Attorney has declined to pursue
charges against the rapper after the altercation earlier this month, says TMZ. According to the website the case was rejected because a
'civil compromise had been reached' and 'no significant injuries were
documented'.
The gossip website also claim the 18-year-old in question
had become 'uncooperative' following the settlement. The 36-year-old millionaire chased the 18-year-old into a
chiropractor's office and allegedly beat him up after he threatened his fiancée
leading to a battery investigation.

Kanye and the 18-year-old had reached an agreement, with the
Yeezus star agreeing to pay a huge amount and the man not pushing forward with
prosecution. It said the victim's demands soared during their
negotiations, making the final figure reportedly more than $250,000.The defence attorney
hasn't decided whether Kanye will still be charged with battery, but it didn't
seem likely.
Kim's mum Kris Jenner spoke about the ordeal and described
the man as a "very hateful person" after being told Kanye had
retaliated to racist abuse by beating him up. She said: "Well, that sounds like, a lot like what I
heard ... I do know that how it started was this person got really a lot of
racial, hateful, horrible things that he was saying. "Apparently many times. Very hateful person. And I
think that’s where it started. I’m not quite sure how it ended."
