Pope Francis Urges Mothers To Breastfeed Their Kids

During a baptism service for 32 babies this past Sunday in Rome, Italy, Pope Francis got a lot of mothers on his side.

He told the crowd, “Today the choir will sing but the most beautiful choir of all is the choir of the infants who will make noise.”

But that’s not all.

He also encouraged mothers to breastfeed. Pope Francis said to the congregation, “If they are hungry, mothers, feed them, without thinking twice. Because they are the most important people here.”
